    They are not accepting foreign tourist and they cancel my booking on the same time without information.

    I booked from the airport and upon arrival receptioist asked me how you booked? we are already full. at this stage to whome i blame agoda or hotel? then i showed my onling booking ID, so receptionist contacted with other person and grant me the worse room without AC, i told him i booked AC one but he said we dont have, so at midnignt where should i go? to whom i call? agoda helper either in india or malaysia? story is too long but the conclusion is very bad experience ever had.
