La ubicacion es bien centrica y lo bueno de tener estacionamiento, porque en esa zona se dificulta el estacionar en la calle.
La pileta, podria haber estado un poco mas climatizada. Si tenes un auto bajo se dificulta el subir tantos pisos de cochera, porque choca abajo el auto. El depto. muy bien con todo lo indispensable! Una muy buena vista no apta para vertiginosos.
