El departamento tiene todo los necesario y está cerca de la playa, del centro de Mar del Plata, rodeado de comercios, es decir, que es perfecto para pasar unos lindos días de vacaciones.
El tema del parking, ya que como es una zona muy céntrica es difícil encontrar uno privado a buen precio, y en lo personal no me gusta dejar el coche en la calle, por suerte, encontré uno que está sobre Córdoba casi esquina San Martín, muy cerca del departamento y con un precio aceptable.

Realmente muy conforme con el departamento. Tengo una discapacidad motriz me muevo en silla de rueda y pude sentirme muy bien en el departamento. Tenes cerca todo. Desde donde comprar para el día a día hasta a pocas cuadras la playa y la peatonal. Todo a la mano. No se puede pedir mejor ubicacion. Y desde ya la disponibilidad para solucionar cualquier problema, muy buena atención.
