Amazing place, best value for money

Amazing place. Really convinient for people who drive, free parking and plenty of it . Also conviniently located near to both the airport and the city centre. Place is very big over two floors and two bedrooms plus large living room and kitchen with dining. Also worth mentioning the price is so low its easy to think its bad but no, awesome in fact.

Best stay in a long time

Everything was great. beautiful very big apartment was worried because of some reviews but honestly the best stay in a long time. It has radiator heating as well as air conditioning. Art and artistic furniture is a bonus. And the garden, rare trees so beautifull!

Worst stay ever, not recommended

Location ....and nothing else

Run down place, awful smell, issues with payment and booking details Vs what host expected. Photos were taken ages ago, nothing what you will find there now. No door to the smaller bedroom just some curtains with cigarette holes. Furniture falling apart ( looks like stuff taken off the street) Mess left in the drawers( including dirty socks), dirty kitchen, lack of basic equipment. No towels, no shower curtain, electric sockets loose , crappy heating ( works only in the living room), not even a microwave in the kitchen and kettle re- painted and scratched. The price on booking.com was different ( lower) to what the host requested ( in cash) , no breakfast that was supposed to be included ( Genius free breakfast). We decided to leave as we couldn't stay there another night, I have contacted customer service to report the issue. In the morning request our IDs and then the host's attitude became very rude. We paid less for the last minute hotel nearby with proper breakfast and all . Not recommended

Worst stay. Total scam. Never again.

Worst stay of our life. Never again. It’s a scam.

We booked the apartment because they offered airport transportation for 10 euros. After the free cancellation period ended they said they won’t be able to pick us up. It’s impossible to find a good taxi at the airport. They will charge you 30-50euros for the ride to the apartment. After our arrival they charged us more money as we confirmed on booking, so it’s a total scam. But the worst part was yet about to happen. We travelled with a small child. But in the middle of the night the host startet yelling and screaming at each other and woke us up. We were so scared! Other than that the place is a mess. The bed is super uncomfortable and the toilet seat in the bathroom is broken. Overall it was the worst place we ever stayed it. Don’t go.

Good for a budget stay.

Place is good for a budget stay up to 4 people. There are a few things need to be fixed so could be better but price is reasonable. I don't give a 10 as a luxury, but you can't expect anything more for such a price. Pics are real and it was clean, you can park 2 cars in the yard.

Fenomenalno

Fenomenalan smestaj. Pri rezervaciji opisan je kao stan sa jednom spavacom sobom medjutim ovo je izuzetno veliki , svetao i predivan stan na dva nivoa sa dve spavace sobe i jos dve dnevne. Sjajan prostor,izvrstan za zurke ...mali bar, umetnicke slike...veoma moderno i sarmantno. Preporucio nam je prijatelj koji se cesto odlazi tamo i zove ga moja druga kuca. Vlasnici su prijatni, majka i sin, Londoneri.

Osjetio se kinstantan neprijatan miris neceg. Za dorucak se domacica nije pojaviljavala niti ganje nudila a bio je u ponudi.

Sjajno - Za cenu jedne sobe dobio sam celu kucu

Za cenu sobe sa kupatilom dobio sam celu kucu, ogroman dvospratni stan sa dve spavace i dve dnevne sobe kao i balkon, baste , poarking. Docekao me je rashladjen cist i svetao stan. Ima i masinu za ves sto mi je znacilo kao i masinu za sudove itd u kuhinji Interesantne slike po zidovima i arhitektonski neobican prostor sa visokim stepenicama kosi i polu zidovi ... Lokacija odlicna za vozace narocito , blizu aerodroma i autoputa, Dunav i Zemun veoma blizu a centar Beograda oko 10tak minuta autoputem

Zajištěné parkování.

Cena měla být 28€, museli jsme zaplatit 30€, jinak by nam nepredali klíče. V ceně měla být snídaně, ale paní za snídani nekompromisně požadovala 5€, takže jsme si ji nedali. Platili jsme bankovku 100€, zpět jsme dostali 8000 RSD, s tím, že si to máme ráno vyměnit ve směnárně. Tam jsem dostal eura a drobné dináry v hodnotě 68€. Ubytovatelka nás sprostě okradla. Nábytek v apartmánu jako ze smetiště, kuchyň bez nádobí, pouze 1 talíř, pánev, spálený kastrol a plastové příbory. HRŮZA!! V žádném případě nedoporučujeme!

Gospodarze kontaktowi i na miejscu. Możliwość przyjechania późną porą. Pani Gospodyni bardzo fajna, ale prawdopodobnie potrzebuje męskiej ręki lub innej osoby do pomocy...

Kuchenka nie podpięta do prądu, nie można było jej podpiąć. Mało naczyń i garnków. Brak mikrofalówki. Podwórko nie zadbane. Wnętrza artystyczne, ale np. łóżko dmuchane nie za czyste...
