    My two night stay at Ooty Blossom Retreat was perfect. It's a small property but well maintained and hygienic room condition. It's perfect if you're traveling with two small family. The property is new and the staff manager is very polite and gentle. The only concern is there are not many staff present at this moment, so post stay services are very limited, like every day room cleaning and services. Food service not available and no good restaurants available nearby. Last 100 to 200 meter road is very narrow but it shouldn't be a big deal. Overall I can rate my stay to 4 out of 5. +1 perk: view from balcony is really good and you can see sunrise from your room window.

    Stay is really good and it’s located at the prime location. Amenities were minimal but they are enough for 1-2 days stay. Host was very good and welcoming. Overall it’s a good stay

    I rarely write reviews, so if I am taking the time to write one, it reflects how disappointing this experience was. Unfortunately, this stay was far from value for money. The room amenities were extremely basic only a soap bar was provided as a toiletry. No dental kit, slippers n all. The bedsheets had visible stains, and the towels did not appear clean or hygienic, which was quite concerning. One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper power backup. In a hill station where hot water is essential, the geyser becomes unusable during power cuts. To make matters worse, there is no provision for bottled drinking water in the room. Guests are expected to use a common water cooler located on a different floor. If the power goes out, there is no water available there either. We ended up sleeping without drinking water at night and even struggled to get water the next morning. Considering this is a relatively remote location with limited restaurant options and no instant access to essentials, these shortcomings become even more significant. Basic conveniences such as reliable water availability, clean linens, and adequate backup arrangements should not be overlooked. The caretaker was polite and courteous, but unfortunately was unable to effectively address or fulfil some requests raised during the stay. I am sharing this review so that future guests have a clear understanding of what to expect before booking.
