Located very close to SAMS international airport, only 5 minutes until you reach departure gate, best deal for transit hotel.
Cleanliness standard seems deteriorated compared to 2021 when I stayed at this place, swimming pool was not clear, common facilities also closed

Friendly & helpful staff. Close to airport. Clean rooms at good prices. Good breakfast.
Had a problem with the App for Room Service - reception apologised though and sorted out our order with room service.
Even though pizza was on the menu we couldn’t order it as they didn’t have the right ingredients in stock.

The breakfast was really good, a good selection of local and international dishes. Loved the coffee too and the pool was nice although i didn't get the chance to swim in it. Overall, a good stay in a hotel not far from Sepinggan airport.
We stayed for two nights and on the second night we had a problem with the access card. Went to the lobby to fix it, went up again but it still didn't work. Went to the lobby again and finally a staff managed to get us a key that worked. We were tired after a long day so that was a bit annoying but apart from that everything was ok.

Close to airport.
Room was large.
Very noisy air conditioner. Rattled the whole time.
No mini bar in room or a bar in hotel as advertised in listing.
Everything quite worn and old. We would expect that if it was at the cheaper end but it wasn’t.
