Het personeel is uitzonderlijk vriendelijk.
Ze doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken.
Naast een uitnodiging voor een barbecue een gratis taxirit naar het vliegveld, wat echt niet nodig was zijn ze echt oprecht vriendelijk
De badkamer kan een update gebruiken. Het was wel schoon

We stayed for 3 nights (June 21–24) in two Executive rooms and noticed several concerns that shouldn't happen at a 5-star hotel. All the pillows smelled musty—the actual pillows, not just the pillowcases—which was very uncomfortable and felt unhygienic. In the shower, it took over 3 minutes to get hot water every day. Oddly, there were no face or hand towels provided, which should be standard for a 5-star hotel without guests having to ask. We reported the hot water issue to a sales staff member who approached us during breakfast on our first day; unfortunately, nothing was fixed during our entire stay. We hope this feedback helps the hotel improve to match its 5-star rating.
