    I reached the hotel qt late (around 12am-1am).. Was given room at level 3 (303).. Went up the AC remote batteries was out, had to come down and changed them.. Went up to shower, the bathroom was not washed for some time (full with dust).. The towels provided had blood stained and yellowish colour.. Same goes to the bedsheet all yellowish.. I was damn tired to go down to get them changed.. took out my own clothes placed them on the bed and slept.. Not even 6am I guess the housekeeper started banging the doors perhaps check which room need to tidy up but come on It is just 6am and PLEASE DON'T BANG THE DOOR some might be light sleeper.. I used to stay here few times before never had such experience and now the service and cleanliness is becoming so bad.. Perhaps no other time here after this..

    Strong smell of moth ball in the toilet and the exhaust fans can't work. And there is also moth ball smell in the room., but there isn't moth ball in my partner room. Seems like mould in the toilet . Overall the stuff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean.
