    My stay was acceptable for one night, but there were several issues that affected the overall experience. First, the room cleanliness needs improvement. The floor felt dusty and appeared as though it had not been properly swept before check-in. Second, the shower water pressure was very weak, making it uncomfortable to use. Third, I had already paid the Malaysia Tourism Tax through Agoda, as shown on Agoda's official Tourism Tax invoice. However, the hotel did not accept the invoice and required me to pay the same RM10 Tourism Tax again at the reception. This created confusion and resulted in what appears to be a duplicate tourism tax payment. The room also did not provide a wardrobe or storage space, which may be acceptable for a one-night stay but is inconvenient for longer stays. Lastly, the hotel only provided towels. Guests should be prepared to bring their own toiletries, as soap and other bathroom amenities were not provided. I hope the management can improve the cleanliness, room facilities, and clarify the tourism tax collection process to avoid similar issues for future guests.
