    Check-in dgn jangkaan yang rendah dari review. Tapi masa datang, staf warganegara, bukan foreigner, agak lega sikit. Kelengkapan: aircond sejuk, shower air slow, tapi bole mandi. Singki oke. Power plug takde tepi katil, ada kat sebelah singki. Tv ada tapi siaran takde (staf kata). Kebersihan: lantai agak berhabuk, tapi takla macam tak mop. Kena improve kebersihan, macamana ada tisu dengan kotor macam darah kat belakang mangkuk tandas? Tilam oke, takde bed bug, bau pun baru lepas cuci tak hapak, boleh tidur. Cuma tak perfect la cuciannya. Bantal memang tak seragam macam hotel lain tapi oke. Wifi laju. Kalau lapar, depan ada mynews, sebelah ada restoran. Hotel kena ada dryer baru sebab tuala lambat terima, nak tunggu kering punya pasal. Overall, melangkaui jangkaan, 4/5. Kalau staf warganegara masih kerja lagi, mungkin akan repeat di masa akan datang.

    I had booked via Agoda and I checked in late at night At first they provided me with a faulty room, where the washroom was in a bad condition Then upon complaining they changed me 6 different rooms but none of them were good or okay They didn’t have ac remote, which made it worse as the ac wasn’t functioning properly neither the washroom Last night they misplaced my room keys and the staff behaved really bad with me The condition and services were terrible thus I had to check out early I regret booking this hotel
