Nice house great location but let down by a few small things.
Great location and very nice house. Very clean and tidy inside.
No TV it was broken and dumped in the garden, garden was a mess loads rubbish and broken furniture, small thing but no pug in Bath.

Ideal for a group of lads that just need a bed for the night
Spacious
Garden was a tip looked very poor not ideal if you wanted to relax outside, one shower which you couldn’t change the temp setting and was barely warm also mouldy curtains in one bedroom.

Disappointed
Decent location if visiting mk arena/football
The tv had been removed from the lounge and dumped in the back garden, there were 2 forks in the kitchen drawer, the beds weren’t the best and there were someone’s used sliders in almost every room, curtains not fitting windows, quite disappointing really.

Shameful hosts with poor property management
The property itself was mediocre at best with very little to benefit from not worth any type of interaction with the hosts
The hosts and the stay unpleasant, due to lack of management and communication on their part. They effectively accepted a booking only to attempt to cancel such booking an hour before check in, simple resolve could’ve been reached however due to their arrogance and discrimination we had to resort to another stay. Discussing with them only showcase the lack of professionalism and shameful attempt to excuse their behaviour and actions taken. Only advice I have if planning a stay at this property. Don’t . Look for alternatives especially if you value peace of mind as well as expect professionalism from hosts.

very good price/value ratio for a group visiting Silverstone track + Red Bull Center as a bonus :)
Very good, quiet location for a group of 5-6 people. Great base for stay during Silverstone racing events. Perfect communication with the landlord. Flexible pick up and return of keys to the house is a very helpful solution.
