2 Peterson closs

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in einer Seitengasse der Hauptgeschäftstsraße. Über eine Treppe über 2 Etagen erreicht man die Ferienwohnung. Im Vorraum ist ein Schlüsselkasten mit Code. Über weitere Stufen erreicht man die Unterkunft mit einer kombinierten Wohnküche einem langen Flur, 2 Schlafzimmern, einem extra Bad mit Dusche und einer kleinen extra Toilette. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet: Herd, Mikrowelle, Doppeltoaster, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine und ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck.

Die Gasse zur Unterkunft ist nicht schön. Die Treppe geht über 2 Etagen. Mit Gepäck muss man sehr stark sein. Zur Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln gibt es in Lerwick 2 Supermärkte, COOP und TESCO. Diese sind fußläufig in 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

There was not really anything we did not like, at first thought the location of TV was a bit strange above the sink in kitchen area however it never really bothered us through visit, also not that we did not like the set up but probs could have done with another small couch to be suitable for 4 people to comfortably view tv, still really enjoyed our stay.

The flat was very nice. Lots of plugs. Very quiet

The spiral staircase ( which wasn’t mentioned ) with 39 steps and then another 3 steps to get into the flat. Made it very difficult getting the suitcase’s up the stairs. My husband had to take both cases as I use a walking stick and needed to hold onto the banister. I couldn’t use the shower as it had a big step up to it and no rails to hold onto. Bathroom very small with just sink and shower. The toilet door stuck so you couldn’t shut it. The blinds in widows didn’t work and my husband had to sort it out. The dining room chairs had loose screws and were dangerous, we swapped them for the bedroom ones. Could not get hold of the owner by phone ( number not recognised ) or email. Would not stay there again
