If you are looking for a place to rest, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. The customer service here is non-existent, and the staff is completely inconsiderate.I arrived at 12:30 PM after being wide awake for 24 hours straight. Exhausted and desperate for a bed, I asked for an early check-in and explicitly stated I was willing to pay extra fees. Instead of empathy, the male receptionist dismissively snapped, "12 noon palang" (It's only 12 noon), and flatly told us to come back at 2:00 PM. No effort to help, no hospitality. We returned at 1:40 PM, only to be made to wait again. We finally got into the room at 2:20 PM. It felt like the front office was actively discouraging guests from checking in. The room screams "cheap motel vibes." Everything is old and outdated. The window was left slightly open, making it incredibly hard for the air conditioning to cool the room. The hotel advertises "24-hour service," yet the front office warned us that the main gate closes at 11:00 PM. The contradictions are ridiculous. The TV is purely for display (doesn't work), the hotel Wi-Fi is incredibly weak, and the room itself is a dead spot for mobile data. You will be completely cut off.
This place does not care about its guests' comfort or basic well-being. Save your money and your sanity, stay somewhere that actually understands hospitality.
