    Overall, our stay was okay. The staff was not helpful with our inquiries. We were missing necessities like towels, and the appliances (especially the television remote) were very hard to use. The bed frame was damaged with dents, making it uncomfortable.

    VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NO INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN FOR YOU TO HAVE THE ‘GUEST AUTHORIZATION FORM’ WHICH IS NEEDED AT THE LOBBY(which the Host should provide prior to check in so that you’ll have a smooth check in process) . YOU’LL WAIT FOR HOURS AT THE LOBBY BEFORE YOU CAN CHECK IN BECAUSE THE HOST AND HIS ASSISTANT NAMED “ZIAH” IS NOT ANSWERING THEIR PHONES AND SOMETIMES CANNOT BE REACHED! AND WHEN THIS ZIAH ARRIVED AT THE LOBBY SHE DIDN’T EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THEY’VE CAUSED!! DURING OUR STAY WE EVEN EXPERIENCED RUNNING OUT OF WATER SUPPLY AND WE HAVE TO GO TO THE ADMIN OFFICE TO ASK IF THERE ARE ISSUES OF WATER SUPPLY IN THE PROPERTY, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE HOST DID NOT PAY THE CONDO DUES! THERE WERE EVEN SMALL COCKROACHES IN THE UNIT!!! THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY IS RECOMMENDABLE BUT THE REST? ITS A BIG NO!!!!!
