Good:
- budget hotel: compared to other locations around the area, the hotel was not overly expensive.
- closer to VKC and visa office. It should take you 5-10 minutes on a vehicle and ~25-30 minutes on foot.
- clean and maintained room.
- polite and nice staff.
Bad:
- Rooms does not windows or any source of fresh air. Your only source for ventilation is AC, so you would need to run it always.
- shower and washroom and combined, so after shower, you need to get it cleaned again otherwise the floor stays wet. Moreover, the cleaning services start from 12 PM, so please keep that in mind.
- Hotel doesn’t have any dining service, so keep that in mind. Zomato and Swiggy works as usual though.
FYIs:
- While mentioning location for any delivery, make sure to mention palm grove hotel. GPS does not accurately capture the location.

Positives: Location, price, coffee amenities.
Negatives: Torned towel, smelly air conditioner, bed linen from previous guest not changed, no regular tv channels only youtube, not so good Wi-Fi.

The hotel in is in good location. Cleanliness can be improved, specially when you ask for it. Bed linen was washed but with stains on it. Soap was provided only when asked. Very noisy rooms, neaibours smokes which you can smell in your room. Not safe for solo girls during the night, better stay inside the room after 9pm
