I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Indore. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location is great, with easy access to main roads, markets, and restaurants. Food quality was good, and room service was quick. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Indore and would love to stay here again.

Good hotel and all staff

I stayed at Kiwi Inn Hotel – Regional Park branch on 8th October 2025, booked through Agoda. Although I had booked a standard room, the staff charged an extra ₹200 for an upgrade to Premium Standard. Unfortunately, the upgraded room had multiple serious issues: • No exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made the room smell very bad and unhygienic. • Automatic door lock was not working. I first reported this to Manager Amit around 3:30 PM, who assured it would be fixed. When I followed up again at 7:30 PM, it was still unresolved. • Later, staff member Akshay told me that “all rooms have the same problem” and even suggested I should sleep with the door unlocked! • When I asked to speak to a senior or the owner, staff refused and said I should have checked out if I was unhappy. • Three different times, staff members entered the room without any prior intimation or permission, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. • Complimentary water bottle — clearly mentioned in the booking details — was not provided despite reminders. • Finally, I had to contact Amit again, who then connected me to Mr. Deepak (the owner) — but by that time, I had already decided to check out. Ironically, the hotel proudly displays posters about its cleanliness and hygiene standards, but the reality was completely opposite. (Photo attached of their cleanliness advertisement for reference.) Overall Experience: ❌ Poor maintenance and unhygienic rooms ❌ Unprofessional, careless, and intrusive staff ❌ No sense of guest safety or hospitality Verdict: This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The management seriously needs to fix its staff behavior, hygiene standards, and basic amenities. Not recommended at all.
