    It was a great experience and wonderful memories. The location was awesome, it’s located on the heart of the town and near to the wonderful mall. Apart from that the staff’s presence was amazing.

    No cleanliness, full of dust over the fan wings, old bedsheets, insects, tv is available but no wifi. The rooms are completely different has per the online photos

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience. First, I had to wait for almost 45 minutes at the reception while the room I had already booked was being cleaned. Even after waiting, the room was not cleaned properly. I had specifically booked a queen-size bed, but I was given a double bed instead. The bedsheets provided were extremely old and worn out, and honestly, they were not in a condition that I felt comfortable using. The bathroom door handle was broken, and the washroom was not properly cleaned. There was also a bad smell coming from the washroom, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the staff were not cooperative or helpful when these issues were brought to their attention. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The poor cleanliness, incorrect room arrangement, broken facilities, unhygienic washroom, and lack of staff cooperation completely ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant vacation. I would definitely not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
