    Loved our stay here! The room spacious & very clean and the breakfast was really good. It’s also a great place to stay if you have an early flight or you’ve just landed since it’s close to the airport. The free shuttle service was really nice (toyota van), and the staff spoke good English and were super helpful with our concerns. We’d definitely stay here again!!

    There’s no mention of this at any point before or after booking, so imagine to my surprise I show up my first day in Chiang Mai, I’m stuck on a military base. I can’t walk around because I’m not really supposed to be there but they allow guests to stay at the hotel. The hotel has no amenities except a poor breakfast buffet. No access to the golf club and the only way to get to and from your the hotel is by grab or 1 way shuttle (it only takes you out, not back in) so if you think you’re just going to wander around, think again. This place is worse than being in a prison because they actually charge you to not be able to leave your room. DO NOT STAY HERE!

    În a military base,no GPS ,can't walk out, you need to be escorted with a car.Poor selection for breakfast.Facilitys very good.Staff very good .

    This location is behind gates with guards. Most Grab drivers do not know how to get in. If you are booking this hotel to have a quick ride to the airport in the morning or night then sorry, this is a terrible location. Also, this is a very large complex of buildings. If they put you in the farthest building it adds another 10 minutes to get from your room to the main building to get picked up after you dropoff your room key. Angry and frustrated that I did not see this mentioned. This place is too expensive compared to other local options to be used for anything remotely close to convenience.
