    I read that this is a new hotel and you can see it with the building's exteriors and interiors. Even the room/hallways still have quite a "new" smell. It has a pool, which we used. The pool was on the 3rd floor extension's rooftop. The pool was a bit small and not really deep so it's not really a pool to get some exercises in but that was fine. The pool was open until 10pm. Buffet breakfast was present on weekends and an ala carte breakfast on weekdays. Food was good. The hotel had luggage storage available when I checked out. Note that as with other hotels in the Philippines, they will require a P1000 deposit in cash for incidentals. The staff were very nice; they stored something that needs to be refrigerated in their fridge for a short while. They also were very helpful in answering my questions. The room and bathroom were very clean, shower pressure great, and I really don't have complaints in my room. Overall, this was a really pleasant stay, and it should be, as this was not one of the cheaper hotels in the Legazpi-Daraga area. If ever I come back to Legazpi, I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. We truly appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and the overall service.     Had a great stay at Veal Hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and access to SM Legaspi and other nearby establishments . The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing and hassle-free. What I appreciated most was the value for money. You get a clean and comfortable room in a good location without having to spend too much. Overall, a pleasant stay and definitely a hotel I’d consider staying at again.

    I had to request to transfer room because the room I originally occupied is near the service room. People are talking with loud voice and slamming of door is frequent. The room is also beside a residential area where I hear the noise of rooster and videoke.
