    There were no photos of the bathroom in the listing when I made the booking, and I actually pointed this out to the hotel because I felt it was important for guests to be able to see what kind of bathroom they could expect. I was a little worried myself about what I would find. In reality, the bathroom is excellent — easily five-star quality. Nobody needs a five-star bathroom, of course, but it was a very pleasant surprise and definitely exceeded my expectations. Overall, this is a very good hotel. However, there is one serious issue: the Wi-Fi. I asked several times if the Wi-Fi problem could be resolved, but on the floor where I was staying, the Wi-Fi was practically unusable. I made it clear to the hotel that such an important hotel service should not be let down by providing an internet connection of such poor quality. If they fix the Wi-Fi, this is a genuinely excellent hotel and I would have very little negative to say about it. However, if the Wi-Fi problem is not resolved, I would recommend considering another hotel. If you don’t have mobile data or a reliable mobile connection, you are basically stuck. Apart from that, the staff are helpful and accommodating, and I could honestly say almost nothing but positive things about the hotel. But having such a poor and unusable Wi-Fi service is a major mistake for a modern hotel. Everything else can be excellent, but if the internet is this bad, it can seriously damage the whole guest experience — and potentially drive customers away.
