    Good value for money considering malapit lng sa BGC high street. Wala lang mga blower. But overall, is excellent for the location.

    Good location - can easily book a ride to go to malls, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Can easily order food as well, food delivery riders are familiar with The Flats. Value for money - okay. Don’t expect hotel treatment (no 24/7 housekeeping). You can only request for room cleaning after 3 nights of stay. Facilities - nice lounge at the ground floor where you can work and eat. Wifi is SLOW. No proper garbage disposal - there were no instructions given, so you are forced to keep garbage in your room throughout your stay (which is a hassle if you are staying for more than 2 nights). NO GUESTS ALLOWED IN ROOMS / POOR STAFF COMMUNICATION - we had planned to have friends over TO VISIT for 1 night, they were not going to sleep there. Initially, the staff said it’s okay as long as they leave by 10pm as per policy. But when our friends arrived, another staff argued that guests are only allowed in the lounge because we only booked a room for 2 pax. So if we want our friends to visit (another 2 pax), we should have booked a room for 4 pax which doesn’t make sense because they are leaving by 10pm and they were only going to visit for 1 night.
