    Don’t Stay in Summer all Rooms are heated in 3rd Floor and ac was very bad

    had a terrible experience......neither the Wi-Fi was not working and nor was the AC. the toiletries were of cheap quality and the soap dispenser was almost empty. the toilet flooring was covere with sand particles and had to clean them by ourselves. The rooms were quite small.

    Booked for Kumbh visit. Hotel was prompt in taking half the payment beforehand, but not proactive with the service delivered. Booked a Super Deluxe room with Stains in Toilet seat. Geyser not working & even the intercom phone was dead. Post complaining in reception, a staff just wiped the stains in toilet seat with a cloth without any hygiene. Followed up again on geyser status, but no one assisted & left the room without even taking bath. Very poor management and it's not worth the money spent.
