The experience was quite underwhelming, with issues like no staff for room service and having to collect water, soap, and fresh linens from the reception itself. The pillows were dirty

I booked one room through Agoda, which listed the hotel as a 4-star property. However, upon check-in, they saw two rooms. Both rooms had a bad smell, likely due to being closed for a long time. The rooms were small and dirty. In one room, there was no LED TV, and in the other, the TV was present but not working. The bathroom walls had 'paan' stains. Additionally, the water tap was broken, and no bathroom amenities were provided.
I had booked a room with breakfast included, but the receptionist informed me that Agoda had only paid a small amount (Rs. 70) for breakfast, so they could not provide it as expected. After requesting breakfast, they gave me only one prantha, which was very disappointing.
This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The hotel felt poorly maintained, with only the walls still standing. Additionally, the Hotel location was far from key destinations and only close to AIIMS.

No facilities. Property under construction. Didn't stayed there. Lost booking money as it was non refundable. Requested property owner to return amount but didn't get any, as the property was under construction and unhygienic. Reached late night, after long hours of travel and then had to book another property in midnight as the place was not suitable for family stay. Had a terrible experience. Pictures posted on Agoda are not real.

Please as for couple don't go very horrifying experience...I m with my wife and the condom packet cigarette are everywhere and most dirty hotel I have seen ever
