    บริเวณรอบบ้านกว้างขวาง มีที่จอดรถได้ 2 คัน สนามหญ้าล้อมรอบบ้านสวยงาม ประตูดิจอตัลล็อค แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ บ้านสวย ห้องนอน ห้องน้ำและห้องครัวใหญ่ อุปกรณ์ครัวครบมีทั้งจาน ชาม ช้อน ส้อม ตะหลิว กระทะ เตาไฟฟ้า ไมโครเวฟ เตาอบ เตาหมูกระทะไฟฟ้า แก้วไวน์ ปลั๊กพ่วง มีปลั๊กรอบบ้านเยอะ แต่ทีวีช้า อินเทอร์เน็ตช้า หน้าบ้านบริเวณที่จอดรถและทางเดินเข้าบ้านสกปรกมีขี้นกและขกนกเต็มพื้น โซนสระว่ายน้ำก็สกปรก น้ำขุ่น มีเศษใบไม้ในสระ ขี้นกเต็มโต๊ะและที่นอนอาบแดด ห้องน้ำในห้องนอนมีปัญหา ประทับใจแค่ภายในบ้าน ภายนอกบ้านไม่ประทับใจอย่างมาก แต่ยังดีที่ติดต่อแอดมินได้ง่าย แม่บ้านมาจัดการเร็ว

    I booked this room in the morning and go to this room in afternoon. Everything is fine that mean they already clean and prepare the room. For my personal , i pleased with this room. The reasonable price.

    จองที่นี่เพื่อมาฉลองวันเกิดกับครอบครัว เพราะคิดว่าเป็นเจ้าของเดียวกับ payaa โรงแรมที่พัทยา ซึ่งเคยไปพักและบริการดีมาก เลยคาดหวังว่าจะเป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน แต่ค่อนข้างผิดหวังกับเรื่องความสะอาดและการติดต่อกับผู้ดูแลค่ะ บ้านสวยและบรรยากาศดี แต่เมื่อเทียบกับราคาและสิ่งที่ได้รับ รู้สึกว่ายังมีหลายจุดที่ควรปรับปรุง * ก่อนวันเข้าพักไม่ได้รับรายละเอียดวิธีเข้าบ้านหรือรหัสประตู ต้องทักไปสอบถามเองในช่วงใกล้เช็กอิน * บริเวณรอบบ้าน โดยเฉพาะแถวสระว่ายน้ำ มีมูลนกค่อนข้างเยอะ ทำให้รู้สึกว่าความสะอาดยังไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร * แป้นกดรหัสประตูใช้งานค่อนข้างยาก กดไม่ค่อยติด สอบถามแอดมินบอกแบตอาจจะใกล้หมด * น้ำในอ่างอาบน้ำมีสีเหลือง จึงไม่แน่ใจว่าเกิดจากปัญหาท่อน้ำหรือสนิมหรือไม่ เมื่อสอบถามแอดมินก็ใช้เวลาค่อนข้างนานกว่าจะได้รับการตอบกลับ ทำให้รู้สึกว่าการติดต่อผู้ดูแลค่อนข้างยากในเวลาที่เกิดปัญหา สุดท้ายไม่ได้ใช้อ่างอาบน้ำ * แอร์บริเวณห้องรับแขกร้อนมาก ทำให้ใช้งานพื้นที่ส่วนกลางได้ไม่ค่อยสะดวก โดยรวมบ้านสวย แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ความสะอาด และการติดต่อผู้ดูแลยังไม่ค่อยเป็นไปตามความคาดหวัง ทำให้ทริปวันเกิดครั้งนี้ค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวัง โดยเฉพาะเมื่อพิจารณาจากราคาที่จ่ายไป หวังว่าทางที่พักจะนำข้อเสนอแนะไปปรับปรุงค่ะ
