Sound proofing a bit lacking ... So bring earplugs in case u stay on busy weekends.
Corridor had strong smoke smell
Room is ok and basic amenities and water provided. Checkout timing 12pm, good.

I've no choice since it's holiday in Korea, but staying here is worth it. Bed is comfy. Bathroom is clean. Big TV. Near Yeokgok station. If you want to go to Hongdae it will take around 40 mins.
