    I stayed at this property in Mysore on 13 June 2026. My experience was disappointing. The room was not as shown in the photos; there was a significant difference between the pictures online and the actual room provided. The staff was also not responsive and did not provide proper customer service. We requested drinking water, but there was no response from the staff even after asking. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I hope the management improves room quality and guest service.

    My stay at this hotel in Mysore was very disappointing. The overall cleanliness was poor, and the rooms were not maintained properly. Basic facilities and amenities were either unavailable or below standard. The unhygienic environment and lack of proper services made the experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and hope the management takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness and guest facilities

    Doesn't deserve even a single star. Only good thing is PROS : it's location and room size. CONS: Staff is dealing with customers as they're burden on them. Everything you have to ask like soap, towel, hangers otherwise you will get nothing. I asked for simple drinking water and it arrived after half an hour in open jug without lid that too after calling them thrice. Ordered coffee and it arrived after 1 hour 10 mins. Now u can imagine. In advertisement they told parking is available and when I reached in my car they told me to park outside hotel In opposite side of road. TV Unserviceable lights unserviceable only one tubelight was working In my opinion if u don't want any headache or really want to enjoy your trip simply AVOID this hotel. WASTE OF MONEY and total HEADACHE
