When current went off, auto start of Genset was not triggered and I have to go down to tell the staff who were fast asleep, around 05.45 a m on 21st Jan

Location
The staff are very arrogant, I booked one room and they provided another room saying this is the one and the room which looks in application is not the same we give. Fan not working no proper service. Not friendly they will say no for whatever you ask for the basic services.
