    Staff didn't respond to my emails and buzzing on the intercom. I had to search on other sites and past reviews for check in instructions, like the apartment number and how to enter the apartment complex. Need to check in with security at the parking garage basement of Tower C. No locked doors, even the main door, but there were lockers for small items (bring your own lock). Although the hostel is supposedly 1 year old, the bathroom and kitchen were in poor shape. The floor of the bathtub has cracks with trapped water and gravel. There was mold here and there. The sleeping pods and living room were in much better condition and looked new. This might explain the mixed reviews for this hostel. Staff should undertake repairs and kick out guests who don't take care of facilities. Location is a mixed bag. In between metro station and Burj Khalifa, but it's a 1.5km walk to either.
