Truly wonderful place with a surprisingly spacious private area, which is quite rare.
The host, Lutfee, is an excellent and genuinely decent person who does everything possible to make your stay the best experience. Highly recommended.

the location is fantastic and steps from the metro station in a lively neighborhood. everything you need is a stone's throw away. the apartment and room was clean
the size of the room i booked was no surprise, but i was a little upset about the ventilation. it is so stuffy in the room and hard to get the right temperature. it's either too cold or warm/clammy/muggy. the bathrooms were always wet and they do not offer towels or toilet paper. there is also almost zero soundproofing in the room. i'm fully aware of what i booked and the pictures are 100% accurate, but it wasn't a very restful stay after a long 14 hour flight
