    Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were okay. I chose this hotel because I thought it was very close to Kuching Waterfront. It is quite near by car, but a bit further than expected if you plan to walk, which we did. Overall, a decent and comfortable stay.

    Price wise acceptable. Location great with plenty of parking. Facilities, poor to no maintenance. Very old facilities even hotel is still quite new. Too bad cause the location is great.
