The check-in time on Agoda was clearly mentioned as 12 PM, and the check-out time was 1 PM. However, at check-out, the staff suddenly said they have a different policy and do not follow what is shown online. They informed me very arrogantly at the last moment and demanded extra late charges. On top of that, the AC was not working properly throughout the stay. Even after multiple complaints, the issue was never resolved. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend staying here.
