Very disappointing experience. I did not stay in the room because it had a strong smoking smell and the room itself had an unpleasant smell.
The door access card was not functioning properly, and the key was also very difficult to use.
I immediately complained to the staff about the smoking smell, and he said he would check. I then asked if I could change to another room, but the staff told me that it was the weekend and all rooms were fully booked.
I therefore decided to leave and returned the key, requesting to check out immediately. However, the staff asked me to wait and said he would change me to another room. Since I had already been told that all rooms were fully booked, this was confusing, and no room change was actually provided.
I also requested a receipt for the check-out, and the staff said he would send it to me through WhatsApp. However, no receipt was sent and no further action was taken. Just an empty promise.
The room was poorly maintained. Everything looked old, the bed cover had visible stains and looked dirty, and the towel smelled unpleasant. There is no lift, and the staircase was very dark.
Most importantly, the actual condition was very different from the pictures shown in the listing. I left without staying because the room condition, unpleasant smell, smoking smell. I left without staying.
