Very smelly linen. Bad smell of cigarettes in room. Poor state of Bathroom. Was charged 1000/- for one hour late check out.

Baya resort is a spacious property designed in traditional Haveli architecture with well maintained gardens having courteous staff who serves delicious & fresh food. Extra Star for food.

Place is an absolute of disrepair.
Looks like that this place was very good when started, but in a state of decay. Front office staff was good, respectful, but support staff is bade, complaining about everything.
Cocroaches roam freely in bathroom, towels are dirty, place is dark, not enough lights, no ice cubes available.
