la casa è molto bella , pulitissima e ben attrezzata , ha un giardino stupendo con alberi di ulivo illuminati di notte e accesso diretto al mare (che in quel punto non è il max)

Nette kleine Villa fast direkt am Strand. Der vordere Teil des Gartens hat uns mit den alten Olivenbäumen und Palmen sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben viel Zeit im Garten mit lesen und chillen verbracht :-). Ich liebte die Dusche im Garten welche nicht in der Beschreibung der Ausstattung vermerkt war. Der Vermieter hat einige Utensilien wie Kaffee, Zucker, Waschmittel, etc. kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt was wir sehr nett fanden. KFZ - Parkplatz direkt am Grundstück, sehr bequem! Es sind 2 Restaurants/Strandbars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Konstantinos der Manager des Hauses war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns super unterstützt z.B. bei der Buchung eines Mietwagens sowie mit Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants etc. Danke nochmals dafür!
Das Haus war nicht 100% gründlich sauber, darauf sollte mehr geachtet werden bevor man dieses an die Mieter übergibt. Vor allem Nachts einige bellende Hunde in der unmittelbaren Umgebung was unseren Schlaf doch ziemlich störte. Nur als Anregung - Ich hätte mir einen Gasgrill im Garten gewünscht ;-)

The host was very helpful and recommended great beaches, places and restaurants to visit!
Sea is 10 meters in front of you - fine beach if you don’t want to drive somewhere else.

It is a new beach house accomodation. Perfect for a family up to 5 persons. With a big grass garden full of olive trees, figs and pomegranates. You can park your own car inside; there is plenty of space. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable vacation.
The manager guy, Costantine, is very kind and helpful. Even the owner of the house was friendly too.
The house is close to the beach so you can easily access it. Just 20 m away from the fence of the garden.
There are beach bars & restaurants next to both sides of the house if you don’t want to go to the center of the city or if you don’t have your own car.
