ALGIO Apartments

Perhaps the best place I ever booked. We loved the central location and the perfect view. The balcony is a selling point, it has good furniture and screened windows and door. It is much closer to the sea than I thought. Perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Everything is close, the busstop to the airport, the supermarket, excellent bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, it's all very close. We got very helpful tips about where to eat. The old town is lovely and I enjoyed walking to Kiani Akti beach + beach bar. We also took the bus to Lefkada for a day trip. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

The kitchen could be slightly better organised / equipped. The cutlery is in the desk as there is no kitchen drawer. Of course there is no need to cook, with all these excellent restaurants. But there were hardly any staples, only salt and vinegar. Some olive oil would have been nice. There was only a bread knife and a huge meat knife to work with, so I bought a small knife with a green handle to slice tomatoes and cucumbers without danger. A kitchen towel and a dishcloth would have been nice.

Finished to a very high standard and well equipped. Layout and space very good

Hot water on a timer ……have to wait for the water to heat up each time. Not the end of the world but annoying

Simply amazing!

The location is excellent - the apartment is in the heart of Preveza. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable. Special mention to our hostess Virginia, who was absolutely lovely and super helpful too.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like about the property but a mirror in the bedrooms would be nice for when you’re getting ready.
