I could not recommended to anyone, because the room is not good and water in the wash room completely mud water, even i raised the complaint to the management, they said it is common here. Rest of Ok.

Stayed for 1 day at Hotel Sapphire Paradise with 3 booked rooms (202, 203 and 309). The rooms were spacious and the lift facility functioned well throughout our stay. Still, the overall experience could have been much better. Bathrooms were usable but did not appear clean or well maintained visually. In Room 309, the wall-mounted EWC was fixed too high, making it uncomfortable to use. Room 202 had a leaking health faucet causing water to spill while using it. Hot water for bathing was available only between 7 AM and 9 AM. No drinking water was provided, and we were advised to purchase a 5-litre can from outside. There was no water dispenser or Wi-Fi facility in the hotel. Reception support was not satisfactory, and no contact number was shared, so we had to visit reception personally each time. TV remotes were unavailable in Rooms 202 and 203. Room 202 also lacked a proper door lock. Towels were not provided. Parking space was full at night, forcing us to park outside. Overall, the property needs improvement in maintenance, hospitality, and guest support services.

There was no power supply in the city. That's fine and common in all the cities. But the hotel should have atleast minimum power back-up facilities. Till 9 in the night there was no power in the room. We have used our mobile torches.
Secondly the blankets provided were not enough to Cold of the city.
No heater in the room for cold climate.
