The stay did not feel worth the price paid. Although the property is listed as a resort, it is more like a lodge. The swimming pool is chargeable, which was unexpected. Requests for early check-in and late checkout were not accommodated, and additional payment was demanded. The mini refrigerator was empty, and hot water was not available immediately for bathing—we had to waste nearly two buckets of water before it came. The road outside the property had stagnant wastewater and an unpleasant puddle near the entrance. Overall, the facilities and experience did not justify the cost. Hospitality is rated zero, as the staff were not approachable or helpful.

Even though we had booked room and paid in advance our room was given to others. When we asked regarding the same, we were dispected, frowned upon and shouted by Cleaner or Sweeper there Mr. Kandan. Our room was alloted to someone else without any intimation. We waited till 1 p.m. for our room allotment
