    Average place, though quite poorly built with almost no basic facilities and definitely not money’s worth. The only advantage was the view of the temple and the sea, with a 3 min walk from the beach. Overall average, if staying for 3 days or more, I don’t recommend.

    This hotel is situated just outside the temple complex and bus terminal, rooms are facing the Bay of Bengal. (If the management change the name to Sea view instead of temple view it would be more appropriate). Temple is about 100 meters from the hotel. Hotel do not own any eatery but can get food and tea from the nearby hotels, we enjoyed both and find it really good. Room is neatly maintained with good a/c, staff are very courteous, lift is very good, and the Bay of Bengal adds beauty to the environment with the soft waves in front of the temple as if praying for the blessings of the Lord. Hotel provides good filtered drinking water. Devotees can opt for paid darshan to save time, tickets can be purchased at temple entrance. Tuesdays, Amavasya, Shashti and other days of importance to Lord Murugan are generally crowded, even the paid entrance would also be time consuming. Lights on the beach though good at night for people moving around makes rooms slightly lit, but considering all other aspects I would like to stay in the same hotel when I go there again and recommend this hotel to my friends also.

    The location was great, but the room lacked blackout curtains, so it was flooded with outdoor light throughout the night.

    There is lot of discrepencies with online vs offline booking and for online booking the front office staffs are very rude and charging extra and also insisting us to take extra hours package offline we paid to the hotel over and above the online booking amount and worst experience with the front office executive
