    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay for 3 days. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel was well maintained, and I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

    Very disappointing and stressful experience. The hotel condition was nowhere close to the high ratings shown online. We checked around 4–5 rooms and found poor hygiene, dirty washrooms, broken fittings and overall unacceptable room conditions. We were travelling with a small baby and specifically expected a clean and hygienic stay, but the property failed to provide basic standards. Despite not staying at the hotel, the property was initially not ready to refund and was not even able to process proper checkout due to their own system issue. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, we were redirected between multiple people which caused unnecessary struggle and wasted time. Thankfully Agoda reviewed the case and finally processed the full refund after repeated follow-ups and escalation. I request Agoda to seriously review this hotel and its ratings so that other travellers do not face the same inconvenience. Photos attached.
