The stay was very safe speaking as a female solo traveler. The staff was also very nice, especially at the reception. But, there were a few issues - they always asked to be paid up front even if it was for a long stay (I stayed for 8 days), they wanted to be paid for the 7 days that I had booked for in advance on the first day itself before check-in. They were also quoting different prices for extending the stay for another day. The facilities were not bad, but more like only nominal, sometimes the tap wasn't working, sometimes the exhaust fan wasn't working and almost always, the room felt dusty and full of mosquitoes although I was always clean and kept the windows closed. It's just a live-able place in summary. But, the location of the stay is splendid, it is in walking distance to IIMK main gate, to bus stop, S-Mart (the nearby supermarket) and restaurants. But, be weary of the kind of people that stay in the other rooms, they can be weird sometimes.
