Beautiful place, very modern, comfortable and clean. Amazing location, quiet neighbourhood. Very easy to check-in. Excellent value for money, this apartment really has all you need for a few days in Boston. We were skeptical about booking it at first as it had very few reviews, but we were very positively surprised!

The location was good for us
We could hear the unit next door, very noisy sound proofing would help.
Controlled heating and cooling would help. The unit was extremely hot, the fan provided helped a little but not enough
Explain in your add that there are multiple flight of stairs in case someone has mobility issues

The location is close to shops and convention center. Complete amenities. Comfortable.
Not sound proof. We could not sleep when there was a drunk person on a call loudly on the stairs during one of the nights.
