My cozy loft was just what I was looking for. Reasonably priced, great location in Back Bay (while I wasn't in town for medical reasons, the host wants prospective renters to know about its proximity to local hospitals), and a small kitchenette was nice to have the option of staying in for meals. Zero hassles, good communication. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
The shower has pretty anemic water pressure, and the hot water takes forever. But it's there! Just turn on the tap while you're getting ready and the hot water will eventually find its way to you. That's it.

It’s a tiny place in a great location with easy access to trains and many touristic places around. It was easy to collect the keys. The hosts response was quick.
The bed frame was extremely unsteady. It shook with almost any movement, and it left me feeling unsafe, as if it might collapse during the night.

The location was great for my work. Provided codes for key locks for easy access. Nice to have a toaster and water kettle. I appreciated the TV having options.
The 3 flights of stairs. The bed was wobbly and didn't feel safe. The AC unit was filled with dust, I cleaned it. There was no microwave.
