The apartment is in a nice gated community, it was clean with some nice added amenities like coffee and a water dispenser, the full size kitchen would be nice for a longer stay, it was also a really nice size compared to a regular hotel
The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable

Absolutely the place we needed for our trip in phoenix. 1 BR apartment. Very clean, in a gated area. Also, has the basic stuff you need in the kitchen for cooking like the spices & coffee, so didn't have to buy anything. Also I forgot my hairdryer, and it had a curler & hairdryer. The bed was comfy. Shampoo,conditioner & bodywash were also provided if u forget urs. Clear instructions thru the app. Minimal clean up to do. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Easy freeway access. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Location of the property was great for spring training. Was very clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were very accommodative . price was also great.
We only had one negative is 2 of us, adults, had to sleep on sofa bed and was very uncomfortable. Really wish that could be updated.

Wow, this was great. Big space, all modern equipment. A huge TV. A great shower and a comfy queen bed. Everything you need is there. Even a hairdryer, soap, spices for cooking. And uber eats delivers at the door.
Didn’t want to mention it bc everything was so good but I have to be honest, there were a few hairs on the bathroom floor and in the shower.
