Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 30 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out. $85 (excludes laundry)
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 6 adults at any time.

The home really needs a fresh coat of paint. Its clean but the walls show years of wear. Baseboards look awful through out the house. The master bathroom has mold around the tub/shower. Master bathroom also smelled musky the entire week. (We only showered in the guest bathroom). Master bedroom needs a dresser and two night stands. A headboard would be nice. We like to read in bed and the existing set up in both rooms makes that a challenge.
The home feels like an old rental turned long term rental but has great potential to feel like a vacation home with a little tlc.
