Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, spacerem można pójść na Krupówki a jednocześnie cisza i spokój, estetyczne otoczenie. Blisko żabki (2) oraz restauracje. Obiekt jest bardzo świeży (nie było rys, zniszczonych elementów itd.), zadbany i urządzony z gustem. Dla mnie duży plus za garaż podziemny. Ogrzewanie podłogowe bardzo przyjemne. Z chęcią tam kiedyś wrócimy.
Wjazd na obiekt po dziurawej drodze i dość stromym zjeździe - pomimo, że jest brama od ulicy.

Puikus butas, buvo viskas ko reikėjo. Ypatingai švarus, aiškios įsiregistravimo/išsiregistravimo instrukcijos. Gan atoki vieta, jei norisi būti netoli Zakopanės centro, bet mes kaip tik to ir norėjome. Parkavimo vieta yra saugi ir uždara - požeminiame parkinge.
