Velmi pěkná lokalita, příjemný balkon s pěkným výhledem na moře. Výborná komunikace s majitelem, který ochotně řešil malé problémy. Blízko k moři i do centra. V blízkosti apartmánu obchody, která jsou otevřeny od 7:00 do 22:00 každý den. Přímo v objektu výborná pekárna, hned vedle zelenina a směnárna.
Poněkud chudší vybavení kuchyně - myslím skleničky, lžičky, hrnečky, prkénko... Ale to byla maličkost, která nemohla pokazit celkový výborný dojem.

L'appartamento è al 12^ piano, con terrazzino vista mare. Due camere, cucina, salotto, ben organizzato, molto pulito e letto comodo. L'host molto gentile e ospitale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Vicinissima la fermata dell'autobus per andare al terminal centrale dei bus. C'è pure un supermercato, un fruttivendolo e una panetteria/pasticceria.

L'emplacement est parfait, proche de la mer et des restaurants ! La vue est incroyable L'appartement est propre et confortable avec un très bon rapport qualité prix ! L'hôte est très sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin et conseils pour le séjour. Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour à Durrës !
