The apartment has an excellent central location, close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and Durrës’s main historic attractions. The terrace offers stunning views over the Adriatic Sea and waterfront park and is a comfortable place to relax throughout the day and watch the sunset. The building’s elevator was especially convenient with heavy luggage, and Mario was responsive and helpful throughout my stay.
The apartment lacked a few basics: drinking glasses, dish detergent, sufficient toilet paper, and adequate cookware. Street noise, particularly from motorcycles, may also bother light sleepers.

Die Lage ist zentral. Shops, Bars, Restaurants und Stand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die umliegenden Hotels spielen bis 23h oder 23h30 Musik was vom Appartement nicht zu überhören ist.
