- L'emplacement, idéal entre le centre ville et le bord de mer - le système rapide de chauffe de l'eau pour la douche - l'électricité qui fonctionnait parfaitement - le matelas confortable - le chauffage fonctionnel - propriétaire attentif aux remarques transmises post-séjour pour améliorer l'expérience des futurs voyageurs
Informations transmises également par mail au proprio pour, je l'espère, amélioration des équipements suivants futurs : - manque d'ustensiles de cuisine et produits d'hygiène - manque d'intimité entre les toilettes et le salon - wc avec réservoir rapidement rempli - manque notice explicative pour le fonctionnement de la caravane - nuisances sonores (coqs, rue passante, chauffage à éteindre la nuit car bruyant) - le raccordement de la caravane à l'eau pas optimal - entretien de la caravane et du jardin mitigé

Logement très sommaire, avec un faible rapport qualité / prix
Accueil du personnel très sympathique, disponible pour résoudre les différents problèmes. Le lit est plutôt confortable. Petit espace cuisine pour faire chauffer de l'eau.
Pas de vraies toilettes dans la caravane, des toilettes sèches portatives sont posées dans la douche mais impossible de prendre une douche sans les transporter au milieu de l'espace caravane :-( La caravane est globalement usagée, certains stores ne fonctionnent plus, pas d'allume gaz électrique, nécessité d'allumer avec un briquet.
