Location was good to local restaurants and transport. Irfan was good in the communication and promptly responded. Wifi was good.

House beds were average and some electric wires were not fixed in the celling but not affected. There was no TV as advertised and lesser towels in the property.

The location was convenient! 10min by walk to the main square/metro and 5min by walk to the bus stop. The area felt safe and a lot of little local businesses around. The flat is spacious and has 3 bedrooms, as the living room is at the end of the flat and separated by a door. The check-in process is smooth as you just receive the code for the flat. It’s convenient during the stay as there is no key problems. The host was responsive and really helpful- all we asked, he brought it - big thanks for that. Also, he let us check out 2h later which really helped us.

We could check in only an hour later than official check in time. The fact that the host let us checkout later smoothen that. We didn’t get the flat that we booked. We stayed in flat #3 without any notice. The living room looked different and was missing table and other things. Plus open cables were having from walls. I specifically asked in advance if the sofa can unfold, and the host said yes but really it couldn’t and they put temporary bed, which covered big portion of the room. At the check in we received tiny towels with yellow stains. Thankfully after writing to the owner, he brought new cleaner and bigger towels. One bedroom had kitchen corner inside, which was odd. And it created unpleasant smell in the room from tubes. We had to open windows everyday to at least be able to be in the room. Kitchen had all basics supplies but not an oven. Cutleries and dishes were not properly clean, they were sticky and had food leftovers, so we had to clean all before using. The flat definitely need some renovation, it’s outdated. Showers weren’t clean, had mold stains, smelled. We paid white high price for what we got, so it’s not worth these money.
