El personal es absolutamente encantador!!!! 20 de 10. La construcción del edificio trae mucho polvo, uno entiende que eso es el progreso de la zona, pero nos hubiera gustado que nos lo hubieran indicado a nuestro ingreso. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y hay accesos por todas partes así que nunca hay fila para el ascensor. El servicio de transporte es muy bueno y en términos generales, siempre hay disponibilidad (en las horas normales) Felicitaciones a todos los colaboradores del hotel, son GENIALES
El bufet en la comida no estaba bien surtido, pocas opciones y poco atractivas, preferimos almorzar y cenar por fuera. Fuimos con más parejas de familia y sus apartamentos rentados por Airbnb tenían menaje completo, pero el nuestro no lo tenía; hubiera sido bueno, que a la hora de la reserva, nos hubieran advertido para habernos aprovisionado antes de llegar. Pero esos pequeños detalles no opacaron la fabulosa experiencia que tuvimos con el hotel.
