    I had a great stay at Luna Tres. I would highly recommend for those solo travelers out there. The ladies at the front desk are very accommodating and hospitable. In general, my stay here is exceptional.

    Huge rats can be seen running around outside the room (pool area and reception). Rat poo can be seen outside and pool. No shampoos and conditioner or soap were provided throughout our stay

    My boyfriend and I selected this accommodation due to the nice pictures of the room and the swimming pool . Pro: - the staff is very kind and they organised a lovely setting in the room for the birthday of my boyfriend (on request). With flowers on the bed and bday cake. - the room is clean - the staff answer quickly to the messages - the bed is comfortable - the swimming pool is nice - the construction is new Cons: - the main door do not close well - the hair dryer is missing - the bathroom has an open shower which is uncomfortable - only 1 towel each - the location is a bit noisy
